Ship item(s) in original condition within 7 days of receipt. Original condition requires item(s) to be unworn, unwashed, have original tags attached, and shipped in a careful, respectful manner. Include all additional packaging for shoes and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse any return if these requirements are not met. Your original form of payment will be credited in the amount of the item(s) returned. You will be notified by email when the refund is approved.
